Delivery Time

• Cairo and Giza: 1–3 business days.

• Alexandria and Delta Governorates: 2–4 business days.

• Upper Egypt and remote areas: 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary during sales periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across Egypt.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or multiple failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
