Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and have all tags and packaging.
• The return must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Please include the original receipt that came with your package and your website order invoice.

Refunds

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Your refund will be sent to your bank account or through Instapay.
• Credit Card: Your refund will be returned to the same card used to pay for the order.

Delivery Charges

If you receive your order but then decide you no longer want it and return it to the courier, the delivery fee is non-refundable and must still be paid. This applies to returns made because you changed your mind.
